The process is different from the pipeline. The pipeline is the components of each phase to maximize the desired output. For example, the Plan portion for the pipeline of a church planter locally would include networking and developing a knowledge Minneapolis, where as the pipeline for a global church planter would include networking and developing knowledge of their city. So the pipelines for each desired result would each have the same process, but the details of each phase in the process changes to develop the appropriate pipeline.
