Mission1618 is a Church Planting Network – a collection of like-minded church planters, pastors, business professionals, churches and others – committed to training and supporting church planters and helping churches plant healthy, God-glorifying, reproducing churches. We aim to do collectively what each cannot do alone. As a church planting network, we wish to see our city, state, region, country and world redeemed with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We are committed to training leaders. Are you interested in church planting, but desired to get trained? We offer a Church Planting Academy, which is aligned with our church based training program, the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). It is geared to train leaders in three key areas:
- Biblical Thinking,
- Christ-like Character
- Ministry Skills
If you desire to plant a church, we can help you through the process!
No system is perfect, but to get a feel for what the process would look like, Mission1618 has divided the church planting process into 7 basic stages:
Read about our Church Planting Process to learn more about what each stage entails, as well as gather some helpful resources!
This church planting network is a ministry of Hope Community Church and its elders, and is currently under the leadership of Pastor Steve Treichler and Jon Neal. We meet monthly to learn, encourage, achieve and dream together. In addition, we host seminars and conferences as needed to help do whatever it takes to see God’s kingdom expand with the formation of new churches.
