We believe that for any movement of God, a certain amount of structure and order is beneficial; specifically in recruiting and our church planting process.
Recruiting
Our recruiting for new planters will be done through many possible sources:
- Our website – www.mission1618.com
- Word of mouth
- Training up leaders within Mission1618 churches through Church-Based Training programs, such as the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Hope Community Church
- Recruiting from seminaries in region, primarily Bethel in St. Paul and Trinity in Chicago
- National searches through the Acts 29 Network, Converge USA, Global Church Advancement, Evangelical Free Church of America, etc.
- Advertising with reputable magazines (Christianity Today, Denominational rags, Relevant, Field and Stream, Cigar Aficionado)
